The George A. Fox Conference offers several types of member and nonmember registration options. For more information about a specific type of registration, please review the information below.

Registration Information

UCA invites you to join the George A. Fox Conference. Registrations should be made electronically by visiting Register.

Registration Policy

All attendees and authors of the George A. Fox Conference are required to register. Nonmember speakers may register at the member rate. Badges are required for admittance.

Full Registration

Full conference registration includes: participation in technical sessions, admittance to the opening session and keynote lecture, coffee breaks, lunch and seven (7) PDH credits.

Wire Transfer Policy

If paying by wire transfer, the registrant is responsible for paying any bank fees associated with the wire transfer. When contacting your bank about the wire, you will need to request that 57A field is changed from either “Share” or “SHA” to “OUR”. This will make all fees paid upfront by the sending party.

Student Registration

Student registration for the George A. Fox Conference must meet eligibility requirements. SME requires that an individual must be attending a college/university/higher education institute on a full-time basis to qualify for student registration rates. SME cannot process student registrations without evidence that you are a full-time student. Students enrolled in 12 or more semester credit hours are considered full-time.

Student registration includes: one digital copy of the George A. Fox Conference proceedings, participation in technical sessions, admittance to the opening session and keynote lecture, coffee breaks, and lunch.

PDH Credits

By attending the George A. Fox Conference, an attendee can earn a maximum of seven (7) PDHs (Professional Development Hour).

Cancellation/Substitution Policy

If circumstances require you to cancel your George A. Fox Conference registration, you must do so in writing. Written notice must be sent to or by mail to George A. Fox Conference Registration, c/o SME, 12999 E. Adam Aircraft Circle, Englewood, CO 80112. Cancellations received by December 17, 2021 will receive a full refund, less a $100 processing fee. There are no refunds for no-shows and cancellations postmarked after December 17, 2021. Substitutions will be accepted in writing at no charge until December 17, 2021. After December 17, 2021, a $25 fee will be charged for substitutions. NO REFUNDS for Registration will be issued after the December 17, 2021 deadline.

Health & Safety Guidelines and Requirements

Per New York City law, proof of vaccination is required to attend the George A. Fox Conference. Please review the Health & Safety Precautions & Procedures.
