Have a question about registration, technical sessions, or conference activities? We can help! Below we have answered some of the most Frequently Asked Questions about attending the George A. Fox Conference.

How do I register for George Fox?
Registration is now open! Register here.

For additional questions regarding registration for the 2024 George A. Fox Conference, please contact SME Customer Service at cs@smenet.org or 303.948.4200. To receive advanced registration rates, SME/UCA must receive your registration form and payment by December 22, 2023. After December 22, 2023 regular rates apply, beginning February 1, 2024 on-site registration fees apply.

How can I get a copy of an invoice or receipt?

Please send all receipt inquiries to cs@smenet.org or contact SME customer service at 303.948.4200. You can also view your meeting registrations online and print your registration acknowledgement through your UCA or SME profile. Please visit https://www.smenet.org/login, use your email address and password on file with SME/UCA, and locate My Meetings below My Contact Information on the My Account page. To see registration details, select View Registration next to the corresponding meeting. Or send a receipt inquiry to cs@smenet.org.

If I pre-register, when do I receive my badge and conference materials?

All badges and conference related materials will be distributed onsite at the George A. Fox Conference registration desk located on the 3rd floor at the New York Hilton Midtown, 1335 Avenue of the Americas, New York, NY 10019.

What does my full conference registration include?

The registration fees include participation in all technical sessions, coffee breaks, and lunch.

Are technical sessions included in the registration?

Your registration allows you access to all technical sessions.

When does on-site registration for attendees open?

Onsite registration will open at 7:00 am on February 7, 2024, at the New York Hilton Midtown on the 3rd floor.

How do I change my address or other contact information?

To edit your contact information, please visit www.smenet.org, login to your account using your email and password, visit My Profile and view My Contact Information. Click on Edit button next to either your address or phone number to edit your contact information.

You may also contact Customer Service at 720.738.4085 or submitted in writing to cs@smenet.org with questions about updating your contact information.

What is the refund and cancellation policy for conference registration?

If circumstances require you to cancel your George A. Fox conference registration, you must do so in writing. Written notice must be sent to meetings@smenet.org no later than January 4, 2024 to receive a refund, less a $100 (USD) processing fee. There are no refunds for no-shows and cancellations received after January 4, 2024.

Why should I stay at the official meeting hotel?

UCA has negotiated discounted rates especially for our conference attendees and sponsoring partners. Staying within our designated hotel room block allows us to keep your registration costs low and continue to negotiate competitive room rates for all conference participants.

The George A. Fox Conference official hotel is the New York Hilton Midtown, offering a special discounted hotel room rate of $259/night (plus taxes and fees). Learn more about the Hilton, the official conference hotel, and make your room reservations today. If you are also attending The Moles dinner, we recommend securing your reservation within their block.
