The George A. Fox Conference offers several types of member and nonmember registration options. For more information about a specific type of registration, please review the information below.

Registration Information

UCA invites you to join the George A. Fox Conference. Registrations should be made electronically by visiting Register.

Registration Policy

All attendees, sponsors and authors of the George A. Fox Conference are required to register. Nonmember authors/chairs may register at the member rate using the discount code provided. The appropriate badge is required for admittance to the technical sessions and networking functions and will be checked at the entrance of all activities.

Full Registration

Full conference registration includes participation in technical sessions, admittance to the opening session and keynote lecture, coffee breaks, lunch and PDH credits.

Wire Transfer Policy

If paying by wire transfer, the registrant is responsible for paying any bank fees associated with the wire transfer. When contacting your bank about the wire, you will need to request that 57A field is changed from either “Share” or “SHA” to “OUR”. This will make all fees paid upfront by the sending party.

To qualify for a Student registration rate you must meet eligibility requirements. UCA requires that an individual must be attending a college/university/higher education institute on a full-time basis to qualify for student registration. Student registrations may be required to provide evidence of full-time status. Students enrolled in 12 or more semester credit hours are considered full-time. Acceptable confirmation includes transcript, most recent report card, or official school registration documents. Student registrations without this documentation will not be eligible for the reduced student rate
